Now the colder months are on their way it’s time to switch from salads to soups. This is a comforting recipe that’s easy to make and nicely filling.
It’s a great post workout meal full of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals and with a high water content it hydrates the body optimally too.

• 225g yellow split peas, soaked for 3 hours
• 1 sweet potato
• 2 carrots
• 2 onions
• 1 tablespoon salt-free bouillon powder
