Super green juice

This delicious green juice is a super healthy way to start the day. Juices get a lot of bad press for being high in sugar but when they’re mostly vegetable-based, the sugar content is greatly reduced. This juice is bursting with nutrition and if you struggle to eat vegetables, this is an excellent way of ensuring you’re topped up with essential vitamins and minerals.

Makes 1 portion

  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lemon

Put all of your fruit and vegetables through your juicer. Add some ice and enjoy!
