Specialist nutrition coaching is for anyone looking for more frequent interaction and support. I have many clients battling disordered eating which encompasses anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, binge eating disorder or even just incessant thinking about food, which takes up a large percentage of daily thoughts. I understand and I’m here to help.
It’s important to note that I am not a psychotherapist and I believe the best approach is to work with a therapist, alongside a nutritionist.
You can download the app I use for free https://www.recoveryrecord.co.uk/ It’s called ‘RR’ which stands for ‘Recovery Record’ and if you find you like the format then we can link up so that I can start monitoring your food and exercise diary daily and provide feedback.
The Recovery Record food diary has a focus on CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) which I have found immensely useful when working with behavioural change in nutrition. Rather than tracking calories and macros, this diary encourages you to focus on how you feel before, during and after you’ve eaten, where and what you ate, how hungry or full you are and also if you’ve had an urge to restrict, purge or binge. You can also take photos of your meals and ask me questions within the app.
I’m so glad I’ve discovered this app as it’s helping my clients now more than ever to stay on track, stay engaged with the process and get the results they want.
For this service, I require a monthly 1-1 check in after the initial consultation and assessment and a commitment of 6 months. I’ve found this is on average, the length of time it takes my clients to form permanent healthy eating habits and life long change.
The cost of this service is:
Remotely – £460
which breaks down as follows…
£100 – initial consultation and assessment
£60 x 6 – monthly review sessions
