“The “14 Day Virtual Challenge” has been a game changer! My cousin and I embarked on sport nutritionist, Michelle Newitt’s “14 Day Virtual Challenge” as a way to put Covid behind us and focus on a healthy future. The “virtual” element of the challenge was perfect since we both wanted a buddy to keep us motivated, but live several hours apart from each other.
Michelle’s meal and exercise plans were easy to follow and highly effective. She offered hands-on coaching, creative food combinations, and challenging workouts. We used a WhatsApp group and Michelle was readily available. She checked in several times a day, answered questions about nutrition, added motivating comments, and provided guidance on things like healthy options for dining out, and managing expectations from friends and family. She asked us to post photos of our meals which not only made us accountable to Michelle, but to each other and ultimately, to ourselves.
Michelle Newitt’s meal plans are focused around maintaining a healthy balance of protein, vegetables, essential oils, and carbohydrates. They include suggestions for keeping meals tasty and visually appealing (ie include as many different colours as possible).

“I worked with Michelle for 4 months prior to a trip to Northern India when I needed to get fit to climb those steep mountains.
