Ingredients

- 5 cups raspberries
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Sprigs of fresh mint to garnish
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer using a rubber spatula to press through. Cover and chill. Chill completely before freezing.
