Plyometric workout

Plyometric training is a fantastic, high intensity workout that not only burns calories faster than most other types of training but sky rockets your fitness. If you’re not huffing and puffing after this little circuit then you’re not doing it fast enough!

Complete 5 sets of the following circuit with 30 seconds rest between each circuit. Please do not try this if you are injured or unwell or if you’re pregnant.

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 10 squat thrusts
  • 20 jumping lunges
  • 50 mountain climbers
