You can add your meal plan, photos of the meals you eat, any exercise you do, thoughts and feelings. There is also the option to track stress, sleep, alcohol, hydration, digestion and medication. Every time you log a meal, exercise, thought etc, I will receive a notification to view it. I check the app every day, even on the weekends and holidays as I love to know how my clients are doing. I will support you every step of the way as I know how hard it is. I wished I had someone helping me back in my 20’s when I was navigating this! I can see now that my own difficult experience has enabled me to truly understand, relate to and help my clients now.

You can look forward to a new way of thinking about food – relief! A plan for life that will include the foods you enjoy in moderation because you have learned to eat them mindfully and stop when you’re full. That’s one of the hardest parts to this – learning to trust your choices, recognise genuine hunger and fullness cues and letting go of strict rules, restriction and the idea that some foods are “sinful”. Foods termed as sins has to be one of the worst things I’ve seen in the dieting industry. No wonder we’re all so confused about what to eat and how much!

I’ll show you how to take your own measurements with a tape measure so we can track how your body is changing. I’ve never been a fan of the scale when it comes to tracking. In my experience, it’s totally useless and doesn’t provide anything valuable in terms of progress. There are so many factors that influence it one way or another. My advice – bin it.
