Energising smothies make a great breakfast, snack or pre workout boost. They’re also an easy way to get your greens in and it makes them more palatable if you’re not a fan of eating them!
Makes 1 portion
30g baby spinach
1 large banana
1/2 medium avocado
Juice of 1 lime (grate and add the zest too if you like it zesty!)
Handful of ice cubes
250ml filtered water
1 tsp Matcha green tea or other greens powder
Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend on high speed and drink immediately. Approx 250kcal.
