This is my first book. It’s about my journey into health and fitness. My search for true nourishment, in every respect. The often rocky road, but ultimately rewarding path I’ve taken, to finally reach a place of peace and happiness. I now have my blueprint for an optimal way to live. This book is about how I found that, and how I help my clients find theirs too. We are all so different, and one of the things I love most about my job is listening to my clients, and helping them find what works. 

It’s never just about nutrition or exercise. There are so many factors to consider when we embark on this type of journey. My book covers it all – the ups and downs, the successes and the failures. What type of diet works best for us, the individual components, and how it all fits together into a bigger plan. Writing this book is one of the most vulnerable things I’ve done. I’m so glad I was able to find my voice and take a leap into the unknown. My story can help and inspire others, and that is my greatest wish.
